1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or any TruEdgeFX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.

2. Services Offered

• Broker Account Opening — a referral service connecting you to our partner broker. Your account is opened and held directly with that broker.
• Copy Trading — a service enabling you to replicate a verified strategy's trades on your own MT5 account via your broker's trade-replication technology.
• Algo Trading — custom Expert Advisor (EA) development, rental, or licensing on the TruEdgeFX MQL5 framework.

3. No Fund Custody

TruEdgeFX does not accept deposits, hold, or have transactional access to your trading capital under any service. All funds remain with your broker under your account ownership.

4. Intellectual Property — Algo Trading

• Under a Lifetime License, you receive the right to use the compiled EA (.ex5) indefinitely on your own account(s), subject to any account-count limits specified at purchase. Source code (.mq5) remains TruEdgeFX property unless a separate source-code license is agreed.
• Under an EA Rental, your right to use the EA is limited to the active subscription period.
• Reverse-engineering, redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any TruEdgeFX EA without written permission is prohibited.

5. No Performance Guarantee

No service — copy trading, a custom EA, or account opening — comes with a guaranteed return, win rate, or drawdown ceiling. Backtested and forward-tested figures are historical or simulated and do not predict future performance.

6. Fees and Payment

7. Termination

You may stop using copy trading or discontinue a service at any time as described in the relevant service page. TruEdgeFX reserves the right to suspend access to a service in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruEdgeFX is not liable for trading losses, broker-side execution issues, connectivity failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law
